Shipping policy

All orders will be processed in 5-7 business days unless it is a preorder. Once product is with carrier we're not responsible for how long it takes to be delivered. All orders have live tracking available with your email address and order number. You'll receive the live tracking link with your email confirmation. If your order is returned due to incorrect address, you are responsible for the reshipping fee.

 We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact to UPS to inquire about your package. Each package is insured if you need to file a claim.
